Before submitting an order we, at LR Centre Ltd, advise that you read the following, in union with our Returns Page and Delivery Page. These terms and conditions should be read and understood before the transaction is completed. Although we endeavour to keep all prices up to date, LR Centre Ltd reserves the right to change the quoted price at any moment. This may happen due to an unforeseen price increase when we have to order in a part, or may be due to other external influences. We are under no statutory obligation to sell goods at the quoted price. All prices quoted are excluding UK VAT unless stated.
LR Centre Ltd is proud of it’s delivery service, any part ordered before midday is dispatched for delivery the following day; providing the part is in stock. It is sometimes the case that certain parts are out of stock; a short delay is therefore inevitable whilst the item is delivered to our warehouse. Please note, if for any reason we are unable to obtain an item then we will call or email you directly. More details on our delivery services can be found on our delivery policy page.
We accept all major credit and debit card, we no longer accept either business or personal cheques. All online transactions are operated through either SagePay or PayPal; we feel these methods offer the utmost safety for our customers. LR Centre Ltd reserves the right to reject any transaction we believe to be fraudulent.
Customers are free to return any unused goods in their original packaging for a refund within 30 days of dispatch. Please note any GENUINE Land Rover parts are only afforded a full refund if returned within seven working days and can only be fully refunded if retuned unopened – please fill out our Returns Form when sending parts back to LR Centre Ltd All parts come with a full one-year warranty, any faulty goods must be returned with a completed Returns Form. We undertake every effort to display as much accurate information about our products as possible. If you are unsure please call one of our sales advisors. All parts numbers are for reference use only and in no way indicate manufacturer. LR Centre Ltd has tried to include information of all manufactures (if known) in the product information.
LR Centre Ltd is committed to giving the best possible service to its customers, with this in mind we send monthly newsletters detailing special offers and often discount codes/vouchers. Any customer placing an order with LR Centre Ltd will receive these emails, please feel free to unsubscribe to this; otherwise look out for our new parts and enjoy saving your hard earned money.
