UK MAINLAND (this excludes Highlands and Islands Addresses – see below)

LR Centre Ltd always strives to dispatch your Land Rover and Range Rover parts as soon as possible; We stock over 7000 of our best selling part numbers and we aim to dispatch any item kept in stock on the day it is ordered when placed before 12 Midday UK Time. Please note that this cannot always be guranteed although 99% of orders that we have in stock are dispatched on the day.

Whilst the vast majority of fast selling items are available from our stock it is understandable that with over 200,000 parts listed online we are unable to keep every single item in stock. If a part is out of stock it will be requisitioned from our suppliers and if your order was placed before 12 midday UK time then they are generally dispatched the following working day. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee 100% stock fulfilment from our suppliers so in certain circumstances we will give notification of any back orders. In these instances where a delay might hold back an order our customer service team will endeavour to make contact as soon as possible by email - this is for both out of stock items or more generally due to specialist items, maybe made to order parts from Exmoor Trim or LRI Solutions. If you ever have any queries with regards to the delivery of an order then please contact our sales staff using the Leave a Message feature found in the bottom right hand corner of every page – and they will happily give you an estimated date of delivery. 

LR Centre Ltd is proud of their UK delivery service using companies like DHL and TNT. All orders are dispatched on an overnight service, fully included in the flat-rate cost of £7 plus VAT. Please note that any oversized or overweight items can incur a surcharge and the customer will be notified before any further charge is made.

HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS

LR Centre Ltd sends a great deal to the Highlands and Islands although delivery charges vary depending on the weight of the parcel. LR Centre Ltd will notify any customer incurring a surcharge immediately and offer the best, and cheapest, possible delivery method. Delivery to the following post codes will not be charged until the order has been received. LR Centre Ltd usually use Parcel Force for these post codes and this will incur a surcharge (standard parcels usually cost £16.00 plus VAT). Please note delivery to these post codes may take several days depending on the service being offered by the carrier.

LR Centre Ltd have long established relastionships with customers around the world – we send to daily to the EU as well as countries like Japan, Australia, Norway, USA, Nigeria, Switzerland, Thailand, Brazil, Sri Lanka, Kazahkstan, the Middle East and China. Due to these daily deliveries our reach extends to far flung remote islands such as Sao Tome and Principe and Reunion. Wherever you are LR Centre Ltd offer the right service to get the items to you.

Our shipping calculator will automatically calculate the costs of shipping your order once your shipping address has been entered into our website during the checkout process. Most of our International shipments are carried by DHL. LR Centre Ltd aim to get your parcel delivered effectively and economically and we stand to make no profit from our delivery charges. Customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes upon arrival in their country and this charge is specific to the country involved and the items order - LR Centre Ltd are not able to estimate specifics where customs charges are concerned.

Any goods shipped outside of the UK will be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country and it is the customer's responsibility to settle these fees. Please note that the customer will be liable for any charges incurred for goods being returned because of refusal to pay these charges.
