Land Rover System Outage Disrupts Genuine Parts Supply

A major IT outage within Land Rover’s global systems is continuing to disrupt the supply of genuine parts, creating widespread challenges for distributors, retailers, and customers.

The outage, which has left Land Rover’s official electronic parts catalogue (EPC) and ordering portals offline, means that genuine non-stocked items are currently unavailable to order through the usual channels. As a result, Genuine Land Rover parts listed as “available to order” on our website may face significant delays, with some lead times expected to extend into months.

While alternative third-party catalogues are being used to assist with part identification, accuracy cannot be fully guaranteed until Land Rover restores normal service. In the meantime, genuine parts already held in stock remain unaffected and will continue to be supplied as usual. Non-genuine stocked parts are also not impacted.

There has been no official statement from Land Rover regarding the timescale for resolving the outage. Distributors and customers are being advised to plan ahead where possible, expect delays for genuine non-stocked items, and consider aftermarket alternatives where appropriate.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

For urgent requirements, please contact our team at sales@lrparts.net and we’ll do our best to advise on alternatives or stocked options.
