This kit is built around the proven uprated TD5 exhaust manifold stud conversion and includes all supporting gaskets and seals normally disturbed during installation.

It allows the job to be completed properly first time, without the need to source additional parts, helping to prevent future exhaust leaks and oil seepage after refitting.

Ideal for both professional workshops and DIY repairs.

LRC1150 – Uprated TD5 manifold stud & nut kit (TE108052 & LR019197)

LKG100470  – Manifold to cylinder head gasket

ERR6768 – Manifold to turbo gasket

PNT100030 – Turbo oil return gasket

ESR3737  – Exhaust downpipe gasket

ADU6847L (x2) – Turbo oil feed copper washers

 

This kit contains all sealing components typically required when carrying out a TD5 manifold stud upgrade, including:

Manifold removal and refit

Turbo removal and refit

Oil feed and return pipe disturbance

Exhaust joint separation
