TD5 Uprated Exhaust Manifold Stud Upgrade Kit

This kit is built around the proven uprated TD5 exhaust manifold stud conversion, addressing one of the most common failure points on TD5 engines.

Standard manifold studs are prone to snapping due to heat cycling and manifold movement, often leading to exhaust leaks, oil seepage and repeat labour. The uprated studs included in this kit are designed to provide a stronger, more durable fixing, helping reduce the risk of future failures once the manifold is refitted.

Supplied with all supporting gaskets and seals normally disturbed during installation, this kit allows the job to be completed properly first time, without the need to source additional parts.

Ideal for both professional workshops and competent DIY repairs.

• LRC1150 – Uprated TD5 manifold stud & nut kit
  (Equivalent to TE108052 & LR019197)

• LKG100470 – Manifold to cylinder head gasket

• ERR6768 – Manifold to turbo gasket

• PNT100030 – Turbo oil return gasket

• ESR3737 – Exhaust downpipe gasket

• ADU6847L (x2) – Turbo oil feed copper washers
