Uprated TD5 Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit – Defender & Discovery 2

Complete set of 10 genuine Würth extended exhaust manifold studs, supplied with 10 copper-flashed nuts and 10 M8 stainless steel washers, suitable for Land Rover Defender and Discovery 2 TD5 engines.

Manufactured to Grade 8.8 specification, these uprated studs are significantly stronger than standard Land Rover studs and many lower-quality aftermarket alternatives. They are also slightly longer than OE, helping to improve heat dissipation and reduce the risk of stud failure.

Warped exhaust manifolds and snapped studs are a well-known issue on TD5 engines, particularly on tuned or higher-mileage vehicles. This kit is designed to offer a more durable and long-term solution when replacing or refitting the exhaust manifold.

Kit contents:

• 10 × Exhaust manifold studs (equivalent to Land Rover part number TE108052L)

• 10 × Copper-flashed nuts (equivalent to Land Rover part number LR019197)

• 10 × M8 stainless steel washers

Installation notes:

• Studs to be torqued to 25 Nm, in line with the Land Rover workshop manual.
