Product Information

High performance uprated intercooler for Range Rover fitted with VM Turbo D engine (2.4 and 2.5). Lifetime warranty. Designed to be a direct replacement for the original intercooler, with 50% more surface area than the original. This greater cooling capacity will allow up to 20% increase in power and torque in the lower and mid-range revs with an improvement in fuel economy. This intercooler also reduces thermal heat stress which is a common problem with the VM engine meaning increased engine life. Combined with the correct tuning power will increase from 105bhp standard for the 2.4 to 126bhp and from 119bhp for the 2.5 to 140bhp both with a similar increase in torque. Customers regularly report 10-12% gain in fuel economy. Our high performance intercoolers are built in house using controlled atmosphere brazed cores and our L.I.F.T. (louvered internal Fin technology) design.
