MUD-0082 - Rear Door Table for Land Rover Defender L633 - Fits from 2020 Onwards

Fold down table for the rear door of the 2020 Defender (L663).  Fits 90 and 110 models.

MUD’s fold down table design has been created by ourselves specifically for the 2020 (L663) Defender models.

The MUD Defender Rear Door Table sets itself apart from repurposed ‘Universal Fit/Jeep Wrangler’ style tables. The design brief was to create a product that looked like it belonged on the new Defender and didn’t look like some generic aftermarket bolt-on table.

3d scanning technology was employed to ensure the profile of the backplate perfectly follows the contours of the Defender door trim. Plastic corner finishers, integral hooks, bottle opener, stainless-steel fasteners and composite slide-out table extension are some of the additional details we’ve incorporated into the design.

No drilling or modifications need to be made to your door trim to install the MUD Defender Rear Door Table.

The laser-cut steel backplate features a black powder-coated finish to compliment the Defender rear door trim and has been carefully designed to retain full access to the door pocket and warning triangle compartment.

The stainless-steel hanging hooks are ideal for a camp light, kitchen utensils or to keep your head-torch to hand.

The backplate mounts to the door trim using the factory fixing points. 

Across the bottom of the backplate you’ll notice we’ve integrated a hook detail into the backplate design for hanging trash-bags or towels as well as that all important camp essential a bottle opener!

Pulling on the spring-loaded plunger handle releases the fold-down table with a simple one-handed action.

The drop-down table surface is made from stainless-steel for durability while the slide-out extension creates even more working/prep space when you need it. The main table  provides 700 x 320mm of surface area.

Rather than use a piece of plywood for the table extension, we chose a durable composite material in a slate grey colour that we selected to compliment the Defender interior trim finish. The phenolic resin/cellulose material is heat & water resistant and non-porous so you don’t need to worry about your table getting wet in the rain.

The MUD Defender Rear Door Table is supplied with a comprehensive fitting kit and detailed colour instructions. Installation can be done by any competent DIY’er with a basic tool kit.  No drilling or modifications need to be made to the door trim, meaning the MUD Defender Rear Door Table can be removed at a future date, safe in the knowledge that your original door trim will remain 100% intact and undamaged.
