Bonnet cable release guard for all models including AC equipped Defenders.
Prevent theft of your bonnet, and access to the engine bay...
Fitted with four rivets, replacing the current guard, this will take moments to fit, but will prevent the bonnet being released from through the grill. Its a far easier install than our original bonnet cable guard, hence the reason we redesigned it... The cable guard comes complete with instructions, and rivets to install, to prevent bonnet theft, which can happen in a matter of ten seconds or so...
This is made of stainless steel and comes with a pull off tab to secure the release mechanism itself from being picked between the bonnet and slam panel.
This item will go a long way to preventing theft of the bonnet.
