MANUFACTURED AS OE, FULLY PRESS TOOLED, USING ALL THE CORRECT MATERIALS.
FINISHES
Galvanised ? Superior finish, will last a long time, we do clean holes re-tap / thread where necessary, panels do distort in the hot dip process, galvanising lumps and bumps need preparation work to smooth of before any part of the paint process can begin, would also recommend (waxoyl etc) to make sure everywhere is covered and protected properly
Electro plated paint (E-coating) ? Again will not clog threads/holes, leave unsightly drips/lumps and can pretty much be fitted with no prep work.
