GL1287 - Defender, Discovery 1, LT230 FRONT Transfer Box Flange Kit

Fits:- All Defender, Discovery 1, LT230 Front Transfer Box.

Will also fit a Discovery 2 Front Transfer Box if you want to install one of our Defender Propshafts to a Discovery 2. 

This GL1287 Front Flange Kit will fit all of the LT230 Transfer Boxes, it replaces the Early and Late flange kits, STC3432, FRC5442, STC4370, LR055718.

You can also use this on the rear of an LT230 transfer box if you are removing the handbrake completely, as it has a female spigot for the propshaft to fit onto.

This Flange Kit is a standard 79.4mm PCD replacement for wide angle propshafts, our Double Cardan propshafts and standard front propshaft (NOT THE DISCOVERY 2 DOUBLE CARDAN PROPSHAFT 95mm PCD).
This Flange Kit is pre-assembled for easy fitting, with the mud shield and bolts already in place.
Torque setting of centre nut 120 lb ft / 162 Nm

This kit consists of:-
1 x 4 Bolt Flange.
1 x Recessed mud shield ready pressed onto the flange.
1 x Oil Seal FTC4939.
4 x Propshaft Bolts & Nuts.
1 x Pinion Nut and Washer.
1 x Felt Seal.
