Product Information
These will fit Defender Td5 / PUMA / Discovery 2, the original fittings are pressed into the axle and do sometimes fall out and let water in, by fitting these it will cure the problem and the pipe fitting is pointing the right way as well.
1 x M12 x 1.5 Tap is in this kit.
To fit these you will need to cut the thread in the axle casing, you just remove the original fitting by prizing it out, (no drilling is required) cover your tap in grease to catch the cuttings and just tap out the hole, fit the fitting and connect the pipe, if you want to make them a closer fit to the axle casing, you can remove the lock nut and just locktite the fitting into the axle, if you do remove the nut you will need to cut some of the thread off as the thread will be too long
