Product Information
The Kenwood 10.1 Floating Touch Screen is the perfect headunit for post 2007 Defenders already fitted with a double DIN fascia and switch relocation panel.
The Kenwood DMX9720XDS will instantly modernise the interior of your Defender bringing it up to date with the latest 'floating' style screens seen more recently in the car industry.
With features like wireless apple car play and wireless android auto, your headunit will become fully connected as soon as you enter the vehicle. No more messy wires cluttering up your cab!
The Kenwood floating head-unit will also fit within the MUD Console and the MUD Td5 Double DIN Console (in both applications you will also need a double DIN cage).
The DMX9720XDS has 3-way position adjustment. The robust floating mechanism generates less vibration even on a rough road. It is possible to adjust the position up/down, forward/backwards and titled between -10 and 45 degrees.
4 Camera Inputs-
With 4 camera inputs, you can connect a front camera, a DRV-N520 KENWOOD dashboard camera, Kenwood Rear Camera and side (blind spot) cameras. Alternatively, 4 camera inputs can support several other configurations, including the connection of 2 side cameras, a front camera, and a reverse camera. Setting of camera type and display switching between the 4 cameras can be operated easily via the receiver’s large screen. AV input is assignable as 4rd camera input. Note: Cameras not included.
Powerful 10.1 inch HD Display-
The KENWOOD DMX9720XDS adopts a 10.1 inch HD display providing room for more information that is large and easy to comprehend with just a glance. Easily dwarfing standard 7" double DIN units!
Two Phones Full Time Connection-
Allows two phones to be permanently connected via Bluetooth. Easily switch between both phones with the touch of a button. Answering, calling or searching your phonebook is all done via the Kenwood receiver.
High Resolution Audio-
High-Resolution Audio is high-quality sound that far exceeds CD standards and can play 192kHz/24bit audio files. It captures and beautifully expresses details and nuances from the ultra-high to low frequencies. Both CD and Hi-Res Audio are digitized versions of the actual sound; Hi-Res Audio is able to digitize and store the sound in more detail than CD. Hi-Res Audio has 6.5 times more information than standard CD quality.
