Product Information
High efficiency alloy direct replacement radiator for Discovery or Range Rover V8 models. This includes Cowl, Twin Spal Fans & Thermostat.
Over 40% better cooling than standard using our special vacuum brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling.
Hand built and fully TIG welded in high grade aluminium to resist corrosion.
Less than half the weight of the standard item, but designed to withstand the rigours of harsh environments likely to be encountered by Land Rovers.
AlliSport products are regularly developed and used in events such as the Dakar rally.
Note, these items are made to order – Available without integral oil cooler or with single/double coolers as required (for example Engine oil and Automatic gearbox cooler) Also available with electric fan cowl and Spal fans.

CNC machined oil cooler threads to accept original pipe connections.
All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and our radiators are tested up to 3opsi (roughly twice what the car pressure system runs).
