Product Information
High performance full size front mounted intercooler from AlliSport Ltd. Manufactured using our controlled atmosphere L.I.F.T (Louvered Internal Fin Technology) core, fully TIG welded in house. Lifetime Warranty. The intercooler is supplied with fitting kit and instructions, designed to replace the original much smaller intercooler on Land Rover Discovery 200 Tdi & Range Rover 200Tdi. It fits utilising the original hose connections. This high performance aluminium intercooler can improve performance by as much as 35% when combined with correct tuning. Maximum power can be increased to over 150bhp from 111bhp in standard form. Fuel economy increases by on average 10% with a reduction in cylinder head thermal stress. This kit also includes full instructions on how to adjust your fuel pump and boost pressure to maximise performance. Please see our other products for vehicles with Air Conditioning.
