Product Information

High efficiency, direct replacement alloy radiator for Land Rover 90 & 110 pre-Defender V8 model.

Authentic look but with over 35% better cooling, also available in black for greater originality

Direct replacement, designed for simple installation with no modifications required, ideal Also available for Series 1 and 3 with and wih twin Spal fans and thermostatic switch.

Ideal for high output engines or extreme ambient temperatures. Constructed using our special controlled atmosphere brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling in all environments.

Hand built and fully TIG welded in high grade aluminium to resist corrosion.

All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and our radiators are tested to 25 psi (far higher than release pressure of the original cap). Threads are CNC machined for accuracy and guaranteed fit.

Considerably lighter than the copper and brass original fitment, but designed to withstand the rigours of harsh environments likely to be encountered by Land Rovers.

AlliSport products are regularly developed on and used in events such as the Dakar rally.

PLEASE NOTE – All our alloy radiators are available with removable electric fans and mounting cowl systems. Please ask for details or see our other product pages. We advise against the use of fans directly attached to alloy radiator cores.

Any ETAs shown should be treated as a guide only. These specialist-engineered parts are produced in smaller batches with quality and performance in mind — something that has made Allisport products highly regarded within the Land Rover community for years.

If your order contains urgently required items, we would recommend placing these on a separate order where possible to avoid delays.
