Product Information

Direct replacement aluminium header tank expansion reservoir for vehicles that have been fitted with a Puma bonnet.

British designed and built and supplied with our lifetime warranty*!

Designed to replace the original plastic item which is prone to splitting along the seam caused by constant heating and cooling.

This upgrade eliminates the problem and also aids cooling capacity.

Manufactured with 2mm aluminium, laser cut and CNC folded, and fully TIG welded by hand in house.

CNC milled pipe connections for extra pipe security.

Uses the original mounts and hose connections. Thread allows use of the original plastic Land Rover pressure cap.

Also fits earlier models with “lozenge” shape metal tank – with minor modifications.
