Delivery Policy

Unfortunately our online facility is unable to calculate the number of parcels required to ship an order. This may result in LR Centre Ltd contacting a customer with extra carriage charges.

UK MAINLAND

LR Centre Ltd strives for next day delivery, however, in certain cases this is not possible. If for any reason a part is out of stock it will be ordered in and dispatched the following working day. In certain circumstances a delay might hold back an order – if this is the case then you will be notified by email with regards to the delay and your opinions taken with the best way to proceed.

LR Centre Ltd is proud of the next day UK delivery service we provide with all in-stock items. This service is included in the flat-rate cost of £7 plus VAT on all ordered up to 30kg. Any order exceeding this weight will incur a surcharge and the customer will be notified before any further charge is made. Any order placed before midday will be with you the following day if in stock.

HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS

LR Centre Ltd sends a great deal to the Highlands and Islands and delivery charges vary depending on weight. LR Centre Ltd will notify any customer incurring a surcharge immediately and offer the best, and cheapest, possible delivery method. Delivery to all islands and the following post codes will not be charged until the order has been received. LR Centre Ltd usually use Parcel Force for these post codes and this will incur a surcharge (standard parcels usually cost £15.00 plus VAT). Please note if your order can be sent in a more efficient manner then LR Centre Ltd will try, ie. Royal Mail.:

OVERSEAS (EUROPE)

Below is a list of countries with standard delivery charges. Please note all are flat-rate charges for a non-express delivery providing the goods can be packed in one parcel and do not exceed 1.7m in length and 30kg. Any further parcels will result in LR Centre contacting the customer as these apply as a cost per parcel, not per order – all are plus VAT where applicable:

REST OF THE WORLD

When sending to the rest of the world LR Centre Ltd will contact you once the order has been made to offer postage charges. We use either express delivery, conducted by UPS or DHL, or standard economy airmail postage, sent with TNT Parcel Post. LR Centre Ltd aim to get your parcel delivered effectively and economically.
